Hi and thanks for your post.
They seem to be a good value. Wilkinson does the wipers for £1.49 for most sizes between 16 and 22 inches.Be nice, life is too short to be anything else.0 -
yeah i was planning to try wilko or aldi , but noticed those in tesco and figured it was a ok deal0
-
Are they any good though?
Will they still perform well in winter when the cold weather makes the probably cheap rubber compound go harder than with a more expensive manufacturer wipers?0 -
I have been to TESCO today and I have seen the offer Steve refered to. I must say it is a very good price, especially for the 24" ones!
Adrian, don't worry, I have used the poundlands one on the rear windscreen and they were fine. i have used Wilkinsons' ones and they were fine on the front windscreen. I can't see why these will not be ok. They might not be the best or perform like the best, but, it will come handy for somebody who, for example, has to pass the MOT now in the Summer, and money was tight, untill things get better when, for example, they clear their debt by November .........etc:p ..... You get the picture!!!:DBe nice, life is too short to be anything else.0 -
the way i see it at that price you can replace them when they start to fail...say every 6 months wont be expensive
if theyre rubbish its not alot lost...i was looking at piaa silicone blades at £15 ish each, they sound very good if you have the £££0 -
Crap, bought some *before* they were BOGOF0

Yes you can, not sure if they fit the Tescos ones as I have never tried but they are the dogs wotsits...had mine for 4 months and they have been awesome. No streaks whatsoever. On the expensive side but well worth it!:money:"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
