Selling New Football Shirt

This is a bit unusual, as I've been awarded a voucher for any shirt from http://www.subsidesports.com as part of an introductory offer (I'm a regular on the GIOL forum).
Since I have zero interest in football, I was thinking of offering a choice of any shirt on EBay with a link to the Subside website. So the winning bidder could specify size and choice and I'd order it and then re-dispatch to the buyer.
I could just send them the voucher code, but that seems fraught with danger for all sorts of reasons - they could claim it didn't work or that they never received it etc.
The shirts go up to about £50 in price, so I think they're probably decent quality.
I'm experienced at using EBay for both buying and selling, so know my way around. I was thinking of putting a buy-it-now price on of £25 and also having a 10 day auction with a starting price of £5. And would have to guess at P&P for £5.
I wondered if anyone has any thoughts on my idea or perhaps can suggest a better alternative?
Thanks in anticipation!

It is risky doing choice auctions as there are several grounds for removal, if you are experienced are you happy you can comply with all the requirements?. Also as you say you are used to ebay, can you comply with all the necessary guarantees to confirm receipt by the buyer of the exact item of their choice within 30 days? Will the shirt be sent tracked by the shop sending it to cover you against paypal chargebacks..what happens if shop doesn't ship within 7 days and you lose your seller protection? These are just some of the problems i can think of immediately.
Also, I wouldn't bother with a £5 start and a £25 BIN as it makes it expensive and will just get BIN stomped if someone is casually browsing for the item.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I know it all seems a bit awkward. I was planning to have the shirt sent to me first and then I would send it on.
Alternatively if anyone's got an idea what's the most popular shirt and size I'd be happy just to buy that and sell it on :j0 -
Why don't you search completed items to find out which one sells for he most money? Would be a lot less hassle, especially if you are planning to get it sent to you first anyway.
My one and only experience of selling a website voucher (which was before they banned electronic delivery items), the buyer claimed it didn't work, but I am fairly sure it did and they just fancied a refund.:www: :: MFi3 ::

Is there an expiry date on the voucher? Many teams will change shirts over summer, don't forget, so it might be worth waiting until the new ones come out.
I suspect you won't go far wrong with a Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal or Chelsea shirt.0 -
Liverpool is the greatest team of all time and has a huge World Wide following also I believe they have just realised their shirt so should not change it in the near future. (size Xl would be good then I could bid) lol
Or you could see if you could get the new England shirt that may have a wider appeal and they have just launched one.
You may wish to consider Trade It where you could just state £25 and collection direct from you.
Hope this helps.
Dont get a Man. Utd as this just gives more revenue to the arrogant other team from the North!!! lol:rotfl:0 -

Stick with big clubs, forget about Chelsea0 -

Well if Everton improve again this year and Man City with a good manager and some good signings, you could be the 4th team in the North by the end of the season:beer:
Did Everton improve this year?? As for Man. City they can buy big but does not guarantee a trophy (ask Chelsea). As for Liverpool being 4th team in the North probably for the best as not much room left in the Trophy cabinet after 5 European Cups and so many league titles!! lol0
