Having moaned like a good un Natwest have paid me £30 compensation over my isa transfer from them to A&L. I quoted incompetence on their part with poor advice etc...

I'd have moaned some more at that offer. They gave me £30 last year just because the branch I visited was closed contrary to the times advertised on their website! 0
