OneTel have have now launched their Voip service under the the Justdial brand.

They have already been hurling brickbats at Dixons(Freetalk) and BT. :eek:

Lets hope the Customer Service is better then what they offer on JDS.

That isn't new technically. I noticed couple of weeks ago and posted it in the VoIP sticky thread here (post #14).

JustDial/OneTel are only mentioning it now because of Dixons VoIP FreeTalk.

I didnt actualy say it was new.It has been in a pre-launch stage now for a few weeks.As you say they are now only promoteing it more quickly in response to DSG Freetalk and the BT promotion.

Everybody seems to be jumping on the bandwagon.

Don't bother, the JustDial service is rather flaky and only uses the g723 codec rather than PCMA/PCMU (although JustDial deny it), so even when it does work the call quality is rubbish.
