    Thanks Tess, I think I am going to have to think about the nasal spray. I am going to try cetirizine again, made the mistake of buying loratadine this time and it seems useless for me. If that doesnt work them I shall try the spray, used to use Beconase years ago.
  • I've already posted, but wanted to share with you all something else i did later on in the arvo.

    Ready.....

    I cut my own fringe.....

    It was driving me mad, i always have a fringe, hate it and start growing it out and then get fed up of growing it out when it becomes unmanagable and looks horrible.

    I didn't want the normal, just above the eyes fringe, thats all one level. So i simply tilted my head down, brushed my fringe, which was at my nose and just gathered it together and snip....

    Lifted my head up and presto, a choppy fringe that looks fantastic as a side fringe and just as good as a normal fringe.

    To my surprise, my OH said it looked fantastic......never once has he said that when i've had a fringe put back in and cut at the hairdressers. He prefers me without one and was really against me cutting it today.

    Expense spared at the hairdressers and got the comment all us girls want off our boyfriends.....

    Afternoon

    Today I:
    * got the bus to and from work
    * didn't buy any cigarettes - 14 days clean!
    * only took £10 from cash point
    * used free texts to contact friends

    Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
