If a Seller is getting negative feedback then they have a problem that they need to sort out themselves.

It's just nonsense to suggest that every negative a seller gets is down to them having a problem and besides once the negative is left how are they going to sort it.

I find that quite ironic coming from you who has complained in the past about 'dozy buyers' and who was left bad feedback by a buyer through no fault of your own.

A lot of sellers are complaining on here about buyers leaving neg feedback without ever getting in touch. How can a seller sort out a problem that they have no idea exists?
The new feedback system is ridiculous. Its now giving buyers free reign to neg for stupid reasons, such as.....paid the seller 10p more p+p than was stated on the parcel.....parcel didn't arrive within an hour of payment being made.....buyers who rarely read item descriptions then complain when the item is the wrong colour, too big, too small etc etc.
Not every neg a seller receives is deserved.

So when a buyer leaves a neutral statement with "Everything OK Many thanks" or similar, how does a seller sort that problem out?
Or a negative feedback with "Where is my item? please email me at xxx@hotmail.com"

Also - Did you hear about the mass of Auction Wrecking that occured at the weekend? One buyer with over 100 accounts leaving thousands of negs?

The seller I linked to a few posts above was a victim of this serial neg-leaver, and is currently on suspension, even though the negs have been subsequently removed.

But as you say, that is a problem they will have to sort out themselves.... ;)

The feedback system was SNAFU to start with, and is becoming even more SNAFU as the days go by.
