Samsung SGH-L760 Mobile Phone

Had one of these phones yesterday and I keep getting an sms from a number called 200 and it lists all the local dialling codes for my area. Every time I delete the message it keeps coming back. Have now managed to get the dialling codes on the screen display of my phone.

Have looked at the manual and that's no use at all. Help me please before I throw this bleeding thing out of the window :)
