Hi it really depends on what your printer can support. Some wont take really thick paper, glossy not really use for greetings cards, 180gms is plan card. Really depends on what sort of finish you looking for. Go to local printers ask them to help u find the paper and buy it from them they will help you.

You need 180gms matt paper, not glossy. 180gms matt is standard card.

I just bought a box of 150 sheets of 180gms matt paper, which I don't need or use now.

Check your printer spec for the Media section and see what the maximum paper weight you can put through there. Then check what sort of ink your printer uses, if it is Dye based ink then Gloss is the way to go, if the printer uses Pigmented ink then a Matt card is the best way to go. But you do need to know the specs of your printer

Epson DX4050 uses pigmented inks, so Matt card is best. Unfortunately they don't list the Media weight on their website as it has now been superceded. You'll have to either to into your printer settings and look at what settings are available to you, or check your printers manual which will have the information. The Epson website information is here
