SKY direct debit pleaseeeeeee help
hi All
i have been with sky from the past 1and a half years.my package includes TV and broadband
when sky installed the modem and the sky box they debited £40.00 installation charges but since then they have not debited any monthly install ments from my account.the problem is that i am moving next month and dont know what to do.
i am confused

I think you'll have to ring them to move it because when the next person moves in and wants BB then they won't be able to register as it will still be linked to sky.
I imagine you'll be able to come to some kinda arrangement with the missed payments from this year.0 -

and am i leaglly bound to inform them that they have not debited my account.0
