Someone help me convince boyfriend!!

Hi All

i have wanted to be a foster carer for dogs for a while now - Im so jealous of Kimberleys signature with all her little fur babies that she helped that I enquired to a local dog rescue and have asked if they would ever consider rehoming to a flat?? They said they would after home visits and making the suitable checks etc

Now boyfriend has said he would lvoe another dog but us being in a flat has detered him because he would rather be in a house but I would love to give a little doggy an opportunity to get a good start and find a new home regardless of my situation they would be looked after and loved.

So can anyone give me any ideas on how to convince boyfriend? He has always had dogs around him and loves them but being in a flat is whats detering him.

Any help??

Take him to your local dog kennels and let him see where these dogs live and how depressed they are in their tiny cages. If he won't go because it may upset you or him then go onto the Battersea dogs home website and let him see the dogs they have there.

Tell him that it is very rewarding to see a dog you foster get picked up by the new owners and see that dog wag it's tail as it's leaving.

You can give it a try, ask him to give it a try once with a dog and see what happens, you may find he can't wait until the next foster dog arrives
