Tax credit paperwork?

We have sent our renewal pack off, we got it reduced. But we are still waiting for the paperwork to come so we can see why it's been reduced. How long does it take before we will receive it?

It is taking around 2 weeks after calculation to arrive at the moment.
If you want to know why you can call up to ask.
Most simple reason would be either your 07/08 income is higher than the 06/07 income or you have a child who has reached a year old. Then it could also be becuase you have been overpaid and it is now being recovered from this years payments0
