If this is to do with a pay review and potential re-gradings & salary drops, then it is all English councils.....some have completed their review, some haven't.
No it's something else Floss. Birmingham CC has gone through it's Pay and Grading Review Job Evaluation last year. The P&G Review people are dealing with all the appeals now.
