When I was a student, I was living off £84 a week studying in Central London. That was my maximum entitlement being a full-time student in London. Now, five years after graduating, I'm paying back £100 a month, and still owe about £16,000 because the interest is much more obscene than they seem to make out.
When I was still a student, my friends and I wrote a stupid song about the experience of trying to make ends meet in London as a student. (And indeed, as a professional. I still couldn't afford to live in a one-bed flat anywhere in greater London now!) Here's the link: http://www.potatohermits.com/cgi-bin/index.pl?com=show&title=student

If you're paying back £100 per month you must be earning nearly £30,000 which is not bad for a young graduate in his mid twenties. Your degree was obviously a good investment.0 -
Your earning seems great for a fresher...however, i will tell you to communicate with the officials from where you have taken the loan in regards to loan interests...You should have detailed info about every penny that your paying to them...0
