Oh Lord Help Us!
:shhh: A week ago I decided to switch to Brit Gas Dual Fuel. Just got a call from the electrical side of Brit Gas. Apparently if I want to change to the same thing with the Gas side of their business I had to contact them and do it. So I rang, eventually got through after about 80 key presses. Essentially here I was told to "wait and see". I am not impressed. My industry is run by a bunch of people who call themselves managers but it seems Brit Gas don't even have those. I chose Dual Fuel Not Brit Gas gas and Brit Gad electric. Any advice?

If you're getting this much hassle before you've even switched, imagine what the future holds! Cancel the entire switch under the terms of the cooling off clause.
Any utility company that doesn't switch you when you've taken the trouble to approach them and ask them to take over the supplies, doesn't deserve your custom."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
