As I just had a call from them as I am leaving next week for BG online energy saver 5 from SP online energy saver 2

I got email from them "dont go" and now phone call "your a good customer, we can offer a good deal" blah blah

I cant find the deal obviously like to compare. I used 2 comparison web sites and tried to use the best ones that was independent plus got to factor in £60 cashback

They tried to say we can reduce my DD now, even though it went up from £61 to £85 I am not against increasing or decreasing but want to get the best online deal and pay what I use without getting into debt or credit too much

The SP representative said it was a new tariff and that it may not appear on the comparison web sites. I did several comparisons and BG (Click Energy 5) and Atlantic came on top for annual usage. I am on SP online energy saver 2

Sorry M8, but so is Scottish Powers way ............. both the EMAIL and the PHONE CALLS.

HAVE you actually left them for a new provider?

They call you with scare tactics on how poor the service is from other providers, but in my honest opinion they are all about the same!

The chap that called me agreed (in the end) that it was in my interest to switch one I had told him about the lower Unit Rates my new provider was charging compared to them and the Cash Back on top.

Theres NO LOYALTY out there anymore ............ the BEST price wins!
