national lottery online.

Beware of storing money in my funds on the national lottery online site.When my card was due to expire they transferred the money back to my bank or so they say. but it never reached my bank.its disappeared from the my funds online and not reappeared in my bank account.the bank have no record of it. the lottery people say they sent it so it looks like they can just nick your money and theres not a lot you can do about it.
