Nero 7 or 8 free download - which site is safe?

I want to download Nero for free - don't mind whether 7 or 8. There are lots of sites that allow a free download of Nero 8, but I don't know which ones are safe (don't want to download any viruses/spyware). Can anyone suggest a safe site to download this from please?
