The scanner is still there and working, on a pillar in the clothes section, have been today.

Scanner on pillar in clothes section, thought it had been removed when they moved things around but still there and I guess working (although not checked).

This store also has self scan tills (very busy when I've been in, and SA's are always hovering to "help")

Barhill has a new scanner under the escalators, in view of the security desk :eek:

In Exeter Exe Vale, , both scanners were temporarily removed when they were doing the refit. However, today I saw one at the end of one of the frozen food aisles and it looked to be working, though I didn't get a chance to confirm this.

** I checked the scanner at the end of the freezer aisle in Exeter and it does not work at the moment.

The scanner in Exmouth is reported not working in the scanner list, but it was working fine a couple of weeks ago. There is also another one in this store, towards the other end, but I've never used this.

think there is another at other end of store near the drinks section

One scanner found upstairs - In childrens clothing (facing front of store so will need to wander around to find it), one downstairs at far left hand rear of store. Both work perfectly!

Hiya, would you do another re-edit? (sorry) There are 2 scanning points in Tesco Edgbaston Five Ways (Birmingham) One in the clothes section, as described, and also another one over by the second set of tills (Hagley Rd exit) opposite the fresh cakes and reduced chiller.

When I was there on Thursday, though, both had been removed!!
