Tesco Price Scanner Location

Hi, can someone please explain to me what a self scan is??
I am a bit confused,, my local tescos wont accept my printed vouchers,, so i am assuming that you can use your vouchers with a self scanner??

not sure if it has been posted already but th scanner is in the isle where there are kitchen stuff like washing up bowls, bins and thingslike light bulbs, it has been broken for a while but now working again!!

the one that used to be in the kids clothing isle has now disapeared

Altincham Manor Road has got a new scanner in place - its on the pet food aisle.

Aberdeen, Danestone - SELF SCAN
Abingdon, Oxfordshire - scanner now in Cereal aisle
Addlestone, (station road) - Scanner upstairs in clothing (working), one downstairs at end of homewares (not working). SELF SCAN
Aldershot (wellington avenue) - Clothing section

I think there's a bit of a misunderstanding there. Glasgow Silverdale does not exist AFAIK, but Silverburn (Pollok) does have one in clothing and one in pots and pans/seasonal area (end of aisle). Am personally unsure of the sweets aisle

Also, Basingstoke (Chineham) has another one in clothing.

2 scanners, can't recall the locations but both were not working at the weekend. One had nothing on the display and the other looked like it was ready but did not scan anything I tried.

Also, I visited Coventry Arena Extra last night and I could not find any scanners, also asked and they said no scanners, so maybe they have been removed. No self checkout either - a shame, massive store, the biggest I've been in.

Coventry Cross Point Extra - I could not locate any scanners, so either they have been removed or I missed them, never got to ask. Self checkout is available.

New Oscott Extra, there is one upstairs that is working as of last week.

Hall Green, Stratford Road, Shirley, West Midlands - 2 scanners, one at the back of the store and another in one of the isles, I can't recall which one - both working as of last week.

Solihull Extra, Stratford Road, Shirley, West Midlands - A seoond one is located at the end of one of the isles along the middle of the store not many rows from the escalator, working as of last week.

Anyone know if there is a scanner in Bidston Moss. Have checked link and it says children's clothes aisle but clothing is now all upstairs so presume this info was from before the extension was opened.
