    Both the scanners in Tesco Extra Newbury are faulty (as of tonight). Both are saying "please contact a member of staff".

    No scanner in Tesco Metro.

    does anyone know if there is a scanner at Aldershot? andhow hot are they on sel's.
    Camberley is my local but from what i gather they are pretty hot on there sel

    the one in penarth is off, and the one in Tesco Extra in excelsior road has been taken away

    I went to use one of the scanners in our local store, and got eyed up something rotten by the security guard.

    I wouldn't have had to carry my item miles to the scanner if it wasn't that only one was working - the other one said "enter authorisation code". :confused:

    Can I remind people to please post TOWN and BRANCH if possible, as many places have several tescos. If you don't know the branch name, please state xtra/metro etc, or the location (ie if off a motorway junction).
