Hope they work better than the 2 of the new ones that they have in the Slough Extra. Both are always turned on, the red laser beaming but both will NEVER scan anything (how conveniant for Mr T). BTW 1 scanner is in with the toys and the other down the cerial aisle.

Both of the scanners in the Exeter Vale store are working now. In fact, I think they've installed completely new ones.

Scanner in freezer aisle at Carlisle has disappeared! Very disappointed as was my first time at trying this - went along with my couple of items and it wasn't there and was too embarrassed to go to one in clothing as thought they might be watching out for us ...

i asked a SA in TEsco, Gateshead, where the scanner was in the store. she said there was not one. Guess what the next ailse i went in there was one and working excellently. do the SA not want us to know where they are in case we check prices with a view to r & R. I checked all the items i had been hoping for R&R with and they were all right. i left them by the scanner in disgust!

Does anyone know if the scanner at the Quedgeley store is working again? I couldn't get it to work at christmas when it was buried behind piles of boxes

Found tha scanner in Norwich Blue Boar today....In the loo rolls isle.
