Yes, you can freeze skimmed milk. In fact, it used to be said it was the only one suitable for freezing because the fat in the others seperates when defrosted. Don't know if this is still the case.

As far as I know, yes you can freeze marg.

I freeze semi skimmed milk. Although the last one did expand so much on freezing it split the bottle, it's normally succesful. You do have to shake it well on defrosting to mix it all back up again.

Yes you can, I always keep a spare in the freezer - have been doing it for years.
