EDF or NPower

Can anyone help?

I have recently moved into a new house and the electricity and gas are with EDF. I am looking to get a capped deal but can't decide whether to stick with EDF or move to NPower who both have capped deals on till 2011.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks
H

    foxy,

    don't touch n power with a barge pole,

    read the forum on npower gas sculpting;

    this 'company' have been very creative in their billing of gas customers, and are being investigated by ofgem. Personnally, beside being sculpted by them (costing me £30-£40) they were incompetent with my direct debit estimations, underpaid me a dual-fuel discount and are dragging their feet over my recent move to ebico.

    I don't think ebico do capped deals, but because they are a non-profit making organisation, they must be more ethical than the major plcs.

    I have no opinion on edf, but please don't go to npower.....
