The two names in the title are one of the same company. Anyhow, anyone else had issues with this company? I ordered a shredder through this company off Amazon. First one didn't work, second one all the casing was cracked. Both have been sent back at our own cost at their instruction and we still haven't got the replacement and this has been going on since ...........JANUARY!


Seems they have some terrible feedback on Amazon along the same lines as my issue (only my OH failed to spot this fact when placing the order).:rolleyes:

So I am now on a mission to get this resolved. Anyone know the names of any bods there like the customer services director, MD etc or any other info as this is getting ridiculous now. They promise this, that and the other over the phone but still no working shredder :mad: So I am writing a letter and it aint going to be nice!

if you have a problem with a market seller then you can raise the issue with amazon and they will investigate.

if it appears that the comany is causing a lot of problems then amazon can remove them from their site
