in Credit cards
Hi my dad was paying credit card insurance for some years. He found out today that he shouldn't of had it in the 1st place for he dont work for he is in a wheelchair. So the payments have stoped but he would like to know could he try to reclaim what he has paid back or can he not do this ? H e has been paying for 6 years

I don't know the legal stuff, but I would think he has an excellent case for a refund.
About 3 years ago I wanted to make a claim on my insurance on my M&S credit card (because I was being made redundant), only to find that I couldn't because my job was part time, not full time, and that meant I was not eligible to take out the insurance in the first place . M&S gave me a full refund of all the premiums I had paid.0
