Problems paying a bill - lost giro slip

Hello everyone, i am really hoping you can help me out, since this is worrying the heck out of me.
Im due to make a payment on my credit card account, i usually pay by the giro slip attached to the bottom of the bill. But due to unforeseen circumstances i havent got the slip anymore, even worse is i dont have access to a debit account either so i cant pay it over the phone or through the internet.

I have the card companies bank account number and sort code but is it possible to pay my bill over the counter without a giro slip. Because of personal problems i dont have a stable address for them to send another slip out in time to make the payment.
So thats my question and im really hoping someone on here can answer whether its possible or not because i really am worried sick. Thanks for your time reading this.

Do you have access to Internet or Telephone banking? If so, you will most certainly be able to pay online with your debit card or by Bill Payment.

If your CC is issued by your bank, you can also pay at their cash machines.

Thats another problem i dont have the actual card. I was basically thrown out of my home by my father, so all my belongings are left behind. I want to close the account but need to settle the balance first.
I have the card number still but not the actual card.

And i dont have access to telephone banking, as far as i know its restricted to debit card accounts and i dont have one.
Sorry if im not much help im really inexperienced when it comes to finance like this - first credit card, and im completely out of my depth at the moment.

The card in question is a Vanquis card. Since everything has happened in the last day or so i havent been able to call them directly yet.
  • You Can Ring The Cc Company And Explain To Them The Details And They Will Then Send You A New Bill, But They Will Have To Send It To The Address They Have On File. If You Explain Your Circumstances They Will Tell You The Best Way Forward. If It Is With A High Street Bank Or Building Society They Will Be Able To Locate Your Details And Obtain Your Cc Account Number For You. IF YOU KNOW THE SORT CODE PUT IT ON YOUR REPLY AND I MIGH BE ABLE TO TELL YOU WHICH BANK/B.SOCIETEY IT IS SO CAN PAY IT. I Hope This Helps You.
