P.S. I see that Play are doing Nero Reloaded for £17.99

does anyone recommend this?
can anyone recommend a good DVD/CD programme.
I'm running Vista Home edition and I would like one that has the following options:
- Simulation - to check to see if the DVD can be burned prior to burning it onto a blank disk
- Verification - which checks the newly burned DVD against the original to make sure that there are no errors.
Thanks very much

Nero is probably a good bet. but virtually all CD/DVD writing software do what you need by default.Laters

If you're using a PC, Nero is probably all most people need. It's a very powerful program.
You can download a trial if you want to give it a spin first:

Nero, Dvdfab, Roxio media creator, Cucusoft avi converter and Ultra ISO are my recommendations, these will fill all your dvd needs that you may come across in the dvd making sector.
Good luck:hello: Lets all save a £ or two, lets all earn a £ or two, and lets all enjoy spending that £ or two wisely.

Never got on with Nero burning rom. Just too fancy and difficult icons to follow what you wanted to do, droped it after the 1st or 2nd version, many years ago. I would not install it on my m/c's. Always used Gear software and Alcohol 120% to get what I want. Not freeware, but may have trials.
ukbill69, are you are partner for nero too? I see you are a partner for AVG, Should you not declare your interest in all relavant posts?0 -
CDburnerXP, despite the name, it does work on vista. Thats an excellent free copier. otherwise I would say Nero all the way0
