tried ringing the sewing machine company again, and got put through to smae bloke i spoke to yesterday, and again he was so rude, called me stupid and said i didnt know how to use the machine properly, i might be stupid, but i know how to use a sewing machine and it is faulty.
tried to undo the screws to get the bobbin out, and because they have been put in so tightly, cant undo them, and in trying so have ever so slightly scratched the screw plate where the screws go.
bloke said i have to pay to sent it back which will cost me approx £35 and if machine in any way damaged then he will knock that off the amount of my refund.
never ever ever buying anything off internet again, would rather pay more for good service
feel rubbish again, and crying
stupid stupid man,
now i gotta figure out how to send it back, can i do it by taking it to local post office?

Eeeuuuurgh.....*shudders* .....that 'H' word is worse than the 'W' word--no wonder it gives me the heebee-geebies when they combine in one word:D
We have an English Bull/ Staffie X, who has the height of the english combined with the build of the staffie. He's 99.99% white too, with just a few weeny black patches on his ears & the base of his tail....& yes! It's on the TOP of his tail so is definately a colour of hair as opposed to summat else connected to that end:rotfl:
No sign of any hols from Chez Mumma this year..can't be RSD even if money was in better supply:o So I'll have to settle for having a damned good shuffle around of what is already here.......once I've decided what's staying & what can go......& the carp is cleared......yup! Can't be RSD.Full time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

It'll either go really great, and they'll tell you you're not ill so there's nothing to worry about, or they'll say you do have a problem but they can help you. Either way is good!Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

HI everyone, needed a few days away to try and clear my head and if anything its gotten worse. OH's depression is making mine worse. He's sorted out the most recent thing thats causing his but mine's still here, like a little gremlin on my back. Its horrible. I'm away for a few days with work and I don't get paid till next friday, now although I do have cash (my own and not a lot!) in the currency I need I was asked by our host to get the coach (3 hours) back to the airport. He's just told me they don't take credit card! How odd is that considering the fare is over 20 quid! I have a company credit card by the way. I sent him a furious email saying surely they take credit cards. I may have gone slightly OTT but the trip has been badly organised on his behalf and he doesn't seem to care that there's a load of us travelled so far. I'm dreading this trip and really don't want to go but don't have any choice as its part of my job. Sorry guys I'm just feeling so down, the whole mess with my OH has dragged me down too, when he's in a mood it affects everyone. I'm sat at work with piles of stuff to do and getting nowhere fast. I feel like crying.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
