I started taking anti-pyschotics on Monday. I actually feel a bit drunk now (definitely not drunk, 18 months sober) and a bit dizzy and disorientated.

I'm gradually increasing the dosage, it'll take about 2 weeks before i feel normal.

i really hope this is the first step on the road to recovery.sounds positive and i hope they work towards makin you feel like you want to.i know you are finding it hard, fg but you are trying your best to help yourself.small steps, babe, thats all you can do.im proud of you for trying to turn your life around.

Ilgd - I think he is hitting out at me through frustration. I know it's not easy dealing with someone who has MH issues, I've been through it with my ex (alcoholic and depressive), but he was a lot worse than I am ... I think BF is fretting about money (things are VERY tight ATM), and not finding a job (he is used to working and is bored at home). Also IMO he has no idea of how to build a relationship (this is his first serious relationship, and he has said he never wanted to get close to anyone before).

I feel that for whatever reason, he is pushing me away ...

I'm awake coz this little b*gger of a mossie keeps whining in my ear, even thro earplugs it is loud:mad:

Went out yesterday, the dentist didn't charge me and the teeth seem OK now.

Had some English wine samples, it ain't that great, a bit vinegary. Went to Southampton and it was nice, the roads are a bit strange and the blooming steep hill the council offices:eek: The Waterfront is nice, there used to be some nice shops there but now bars, restaurants and flats by the yachts. Got some lovely Hotel Chocolat to have for my birthday next Wednesday, must resist, must resist.....:D

Anyone watching Big Brother? It isn't as good as usual and Alex is rather odd. Think she had it rough and is abrasive.

morning all, hope you managed to get back to sleep ccstar
got to go into town later on my own, and i am not looking forward to it. especially as its friday and will be so busy, hate crowded places. cant avoid it though, as i have an appointment with lone parent advisor at job centre and if i dont attend then i could lose my benefits.
