FG, I wont tell you what happens hun, just know that you will cry. I know its just a soap but i saw the group on facebook and hundreds of ppl cried. My poor son told me to stop but he cried to. He knows they are all actors but he likes Max.

I just watched the wedding episode and the ones after it. OB was brilliant, really emotional. So sad watching it. Tom was fab too, the kid who plays him is a really great actor. And you are right, I cried. And not just a little, I was a big blubbering wreck! Sometimes its good to have a cry though.

Thanks Diamond... I'm not too bad today - think the sunshine helps, decided to do a bit of exercise, people keep telling me it'll help my mood, can't see myself becoming a gym bunny any time soon though :o

    Hi Sarah

I had a psychologist a few years ago, who only said excercise, excercise, excercise! He said nothing else at all! Needless to say I only saw him a few times and gave up! I'm now excercising to help weight loss, and neither diet or excercise have helped my mood. I does keep my mind off things though while I'm doing it, but that's about it! It doesn't do any harm, and obviously is good for our health so it's still worth doing when and if we can.

Don't feel you have to post, or say anything you don't want to. Just know we are here if you ever want to chat about anything.

Diamond, weather has got worse, :rotfl: it's pouring! Oh how I love Scotland!! Hopefully the sun will be out tomorrow. :D

Talking of exercise, does anyone get a 'high' off it? My OH swears by it, and says exercise leaves him feeling great. Just leaves me feeling hot and horrible. I push myself really hard, but never seem to get a buzz.

I get a buzz when exercising on the dance mat but I don't think it's a buzz from the exercise itself. I think it's a buzz from the effects of the exercising on my body.

No, I don't get a buzz either, but I have heard people say they do! Would be good if I did though.

    Im in a stinking mood!

My mum asked me to move our transit van off the driveway so she could hose it down it has no powered steering so i started moving it off and the back end caught one of the gates and put a black mark near the arch she has gone well mad at me i didnt mean to do it, she's getting a new van soon anyway!

I went out and got her a ice cream and apple pie from mc donalds and she's just left it.

I cant wait to move out of this hell hole!

    Steph x :(
