im ok my feet and ankles are still a bit swollen but alot better

Hope woodwork goes well Shaz & you can decide on something useful to make.

Think I might paint the garden walland shed today. Or might sort the shed out and put up the shelves / tool hooks etc. DId I say I am going to turn the shed into a den? Its made out of breeze-blocks so is really solid and has a proper double glazed window. Gonna insulate it and put timber cladding on the inside with proper floorboards, curtains up at the window & a couple of chairs with a fold down table for studying at. I'm quite excited! Hopefully DH will like it and adopt it as his weights room cos I'm fed up of having dumbells littering the living room. Plus they damage the carpet cos they are so heavy.

That's a relief Steph that your feet aren't as swollen, hopefully that's them on the mend now.

KentishLady, gosh you've lots of work to do. Hope it goes well. Thanks for the pics, it's good to actually see what's going on.

QB, poor you, not sleeping. Hope you managed to sleep eventually, and are ok today.

I'm going to the gym again at some point, and will cut the grass if it stays dry. (that's doubtful) Need to be around for a delivery at my neighbours later (they are on holiday) Then have to pick up my aunt at the airport tonight so will be out.

Morning all, a lot better today thanks Alba, was supposed to go to cinema with friend yesterday we managed lunch but then I had to come home. At least I got out of the house for a couple of hours. Really want to change bed and hoover up so I must be getting there lol, the mess is getting on my nerves:mad: lol.

very tired too but guess pain meds are as big a factor there as bad sleep pattern!!

Hope your all well and feeling well.
FG and Alba, park was nice thanks, its a bit of a mission getting there as have to walk up a long hill which does my back in but least it gets us out of the house. I try to take my son some where when weather is nice but Im not always well enough to do so, but have to force myself. Im sure it does me good too but I dont realise it as I hate going anywhere but then I hate being a prisoner in my own home.

Alba, you said its good to watch Sex&TheCity if your in a relathionship lol, Im single and loved it lol, maybe thats why Im now thinking I want a Mr Big too. I never use to like the series, until 2 years ago, and I still havent seen all the series. But the movie is good and fun. Makes you see things a bit clearer.

Does anyone watch hollyoaks? I cried like a baby last week watching Max die. I have to stop watching things that upset me but I think I needed to relase a bit of the tears that have been building up.

I am doing nothing today as that time of the month so not a lot of energy. DS has a small paddling pool, so going to fill that up and hopefully the water will warm up when he gets home from school. Im just going to sit in the garden and try and relax a bit.

Hope you all have lovely sunshine where you are, even if your working, go out at lunchtime and sit in the park or a bench and enjoy the weather while it lasts.
