Integrated Fridge/Freezer Problem

Hi
I have moved into a new flat and have a fridge/freezer problem, the freezer is working fine, but the fridge does not cool. At first the door had slid, so the door was not closing, so I tighted the screws and it closes fine now.
However, now I put it on 6 and 7 (the highest temperature) and it still does not make the food cold. What do you recommend:
1) Is there anything I can try?
2) Get someone to come out to look at it?
3) Get a new fridge/freezer and as its integrated they would
have to come and fix it too.
I will check the make/model tonight.
