My 1st months morgan stanley statement has been posted online for a week, and they say they have sent a paper copy aswell, but it hasn't yet come. I want to wait for it before I pay by cheque, how long do they normally take to arrive anyone? Just a little overanxious as this is the first bill with them

Usually takes about 10 days for me. Very Very Slow0

Thanks, came yesterday, but only shows 1% cashback, despite it promoted as 2% until Jan 1st 20060

I expect mine about a week later but using internet banking cuts down the risk of missing the deadline on payment0
