Not enough details. You dont state how many children you have for a start
Your income is £650+£385+£350 = £1385, plus i would assume CB.
Do you get HB/CTB?
Can you also give us an example of how your friends get a lot more? Their details, children, whether they pay for childcare, whether they have disabled children, whether if they are fiddling the system?
Are you paying back overpayments?
Without this kind of info no-one will be able to help you.0 -

If they pay for childcare they will get more, if they have a disabled child they will get more, or perhaps they are telling you porkies about their employed income?
Or maybe you're right, and that you're just getting underpaid.
There are 2 calculators to use, entitled to and the HMRC 1.
Type ''do i qualify'' into google and it will link you to the HMRC website where you will be able to put in your details. the entitled to calculator can be wild at times, better off with the HMRC calculator0 -
You have just answered your own question clairebear. Your friends have 2 children. If you had 2 children your TC would increase from approx £83 per week to £123 per week.
I don't think you are entitled to any HB unless your eligible rent is in excess of about £94 per week.
Why not go to CAB and ask for a benefit check just to be sure?

Oh OK.
Assuming the figures you have given are gross earnings. Your husband will pay £61/m Tax and NI and receive £588.90/m net. You will pay no tax and NI.
Your weekly Tax Credits will consist of £50.54 CTC plus £37.65 WTC (Total £88.19). That would be £352.76 every 4 weeks.
It seems that you are getting the correct amount. Perhaps your friends earned less last year as TCs are based on last year's earnings. If so their TCs will drop next year.
Hope this helps.0
