I'm not 100% sure but I think once you get your 5 buddy boosts, then that's it for the day. I think you can only fill your tank by finding the canisters . But then I've no idea what the buddy boosts do in that case

AND another thing....how annoying is it when you go to a page that says it's got goodies on it and the balloons don't appear so you can't get them. grrrrrrrrr!!!
