I can't find my last Capital One statement and therefor can't pay for this months bill. I use the giro slip on the bottom to pay it, but can't because I can't find it. What do I do
Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time

Can you 'phone them up and pay using a debit card? I've done that before but not Cap 1
Or if you have online access to the account can it be processed that way?0 -
You don't need the BGC to make a payment. You have internet access so why not make it online either through their webpage or that of your own bank?
If you don't know the sort code/account number to make the payment, just call them and ask for it or maybe when you do call them ask to make a debit card payment and see if they'll take payment over the phone as some do.0
