do you think i can complain about this feedback?

buyers left positive feedback but wrote: item great but i've since found out i can buy it cheaper at the shops.

it's really irritated me - as far as i know the item is not available on the high street cheaper but even if it is - she did not have to bid and buy it. I sell lot's of these items so her so called 'positive' feedback is likely to make my sales fall. Do you think i could complain to ebay about it?

i dont think it breaks any rules so you probably wont be able to get it removed.

dont worry about it, most people dont even read the comments for positive feedback, it will soon drop off your front page then it will be as good as gone

That's true, most people just scan through for the big red circles.

Why? If it’s not available on the high street cheaper then people who go looking for it won’t find it … or may be they wil

Dont let it bug ya chick, just because one person found an item cheaper in the shops doesnt mean everyone else will and not everyone likes the incovenience of having to trail round the city centre looking for one item when they can order it from the comfort of there own home and have it delivered to the door. As long as you provide a good service and aren't charging way over the odds then I know which I would prefer to do.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
