    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I like tofu but Wayne really hates it, then again I only like it well drained, marinated in a highly potent garlic & chilli combination and then dry fried until crisp and I can dip it in remaining garlic/chilli combo! Of course I only tend to do this when I have a stinking cold and am not likely to venture out and inflict garlic breath on the wider world!

    I like tofu, it's such a versatile ingredient because it doesn't really have much taste.

    The stuff they cook is more like a firm scrambled egg, quite nice and soft - I don't think I would like it hard and chewy either.
