Hi,
I ordered a tshirt from spoiled brat over six weeks.
I have sent about 20 emails, left voicemail messages and contacted the consumer right helpline who advised me to send a letter signed delivery which i have and still no reply.
I contacted the consumer helpline again who told me to send another letter saying that they have 30 days to refund me the money.
It just seems wrong that i have to pay for 2 signed delivery letters to try to get a refund!
Does anyone have any advice or similar experiences with spoiler brat?
Or a contact number for them the number on the website just connects to a voicemail and no one gets back to me!
