Should I cancel complaint? Now I have no choice but provide tracking information or cancel complaint. The seller is a complete liar, timewaster. just want to cheat. he said "I wasn't aware the phone had been used as it was my sons who is in the forces, serving abroad"

Again, the question is do you not want the phone enough to pay to return it. Nothing else matters.

The seller has done everything he should given the situation. Did you try to negotiate before you opened a dispute?
