I know this is an old thread but just my 2p worth about simplyhp.co.uk

No replies to my presales enquiry emails.
No one answers the phone, just a recording with no option to leave a message.
The website is slow and buggy.
Had to submit my payment three times as the site crashed during visa verification. Even had a call from visa fraud department as they had flagged it as a dodgy transaction.

By the time I managed to pay it was 4.15pm and I was already regretting it.

BUT, lo and behold, 9.30am the following morning a brand new shiny HP laptop arrived exactly as per the specification on the website. Given the specification and the price paid it really was a fantastic deal.

Just goes to show that when you are searching for the best deal you sometimes have to forego any level of customer service.
