We have a forum for Students but how about life long learning and funding?

I've seen OU and related threads in the Student board, also training Qs can be posted in the employment board.
There was a 'great free courses hunt' thread in one of those - hobby-type courses as well as IT, etc. Maybe you could resurrect that?0 -
lifelong learning grants are availiable up to 3k for a carer of an adult 18+
if you contact your local carers centre they will explain." I'm just a simple janitor, who can control people with my mind"0 -

tend to agree though when I posted I was thinking more along the lines of ILA and professional training so overlooked the employment forum.
I would tend not to consider myself a student on such courses but I would be close to splitting hairs admittedly.
