Hi there,
I've just come accross a share Certificate that I purchased in the year 2000, It is in Birchin International???
Googled it, it changed it's name to Park Row Group Plc. 07/05/2002. Googled this put it into the London Stock Exchange homepage etc nothing. Well not telling me how much it's worth today???
The last share price that I can obtain is 2003, and thats just by putting it through Google again
I'm guessing the company is no more?

Seems to have been swallowed up by Royal Liver but not sure what impact that would have on your original shares - I had something similar with a share cert I had - turns out they had done a 10 for 1 share consolidation with my company.Mortgage when started October 2011 : £94,134

No Response, I sent it to a completly different company, so I E-mailed Park Row, they got straight back to me and confirmed the above but I'm still none the wiser as to how many pennies my certificate is actually worth...
As I dont at present know how many Park Row Shares I Own.
Anyway I got the correct E-mail and received an Auto Response. I'm getting some where...

They were converted at a ratio of 1:100 and I was given a Cheque for the amount £25.76 on 26th May 2003... Which is Correct.Oh and they also say I can destroy the Certificate.
Would I really want to keep it???Thanks to every one that helped me with this...:rotfl: Smile Your Saving:rotfl:0 -
Robin, I believe your Birchin shares have finally been converted to a company call ILX Group. They are still listed and I have a few shares with them to remind me of stupid the stock market was around 1999-2000.
