Ford Ka Problems Help Pleasee!!!

Hi guys really need your help. I’ve had my ford Ka for just over 3 years and there is bad rust on the back of the car. As soon as I noticed this I informed the garage where I bought it from but I have longstanding problems with them and have caught them out lying before and been involved with their head office to get money back so was suspicious when they said I didn’t tell them quick enough about the rust so Ford wont cover

I was suspicious that they had even sent the photos of the rust and if this had been done properly (a secretary took the photos!) and so wrote to Ford to appeal and I took it to a different Ford garage. The guy was confident that this is a common fault (rust on back window wiper) and even though I had lost my log book Ford would repair it and if I had my log book would replace the whole panel. Just to let you know I have never missed a service and noticed the rust around 2 months after my last service – it was never picked up in that service and never has been before.

Now Ford are trying to get rid of me by saying it was “neglect” and I am yet to know how they can say that. Also the dealership who I have had problems with appears to be refusing to confirm I have had it regularly serviced what can I do? If they didn’t pick it up and I’ve had it regularly service surely it is neglect on their part then!

Does anyone know the email/address of the chief executive in Ford as the normal customer address on their website is useless and is there any government body I can complain to get this resolved.

Has anybody had experience like this before surely rust is rust how can it be neglect?
