i have been on holiday for a week and when i tried to print some of the colours failed to print, i have used repeatedly the head cleaning and nozzle checks with no joy. is there something else i can use or do to unblock the heads ( 3 out of 6 heads blocked ). p.s there is plenty of ink left in cartridges.

  • does it havea cartridge replacement wizard? I had the same problem with my c44. Run the wizard ,took cartridges out and put same ones back in.

  • Are you using compatible cartridges, by any chance, or Epson originals?
  • I had the same problem with my R200 yesterday as I hadn't used it for ages since it ran out of colour ink and I only just got around to replacing them :o

I ended up having to run the head-clean and nozzle test several times before it finally cleared. The colours were ok but the black refused to print anything at all to start with, but finally got there ;)
