Can anyone help me? I have the firefox browser but some sites I go to do not load properly, namely the ones that have quick time. how do I get quicktime to play on these sites? Thanks a again.

Just download and install quicktime from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/win.html

Works fine for me!

I already have quicktime downloaded, could it have something to do with zonealarm, although quicktime ads work with I Explorer hope someone can help with this annoying glitch

Try this. Right hand click the Quicktime Icon near the PCs Clock
Click on Quicktime Preferences, drop down the menu to Connection Speed
and choose the correct one, and also choose Video Settings, and Make
sure you have Safe Mode (GDI Only) selected then exit out of
this dialogue box.

nope no change, in firefox have quicktime logo (the one which looks like a torn piece of film reel)

it's most likely the mime settings in quick time - see the first link in the above post and scroll down to the setup section - the changes you need to make are in there.

thanks for all the info have been to one site where I had a problem, seems to be working now, but if i have any more problems I will read the links again
