Thanks for all the Birthday congrats from everyone!! It has been very nice, highlight was being in Boots of course!
Used 2 £5 no7 vouchers on a mascara and the blue eyeliner for DD. Had to be put through manually though. I said "have you seen this before?" and another SA said "yes, loads today!" Bought 4 HP printer ink for £2 each bogohp that fit my printer. Also bought the NC pink pillow for £3 and of course got the free GWP bag. Didnt get the mirror(yet) as it was a bit heavy when going to other shops.
The SAs were lovely at the tills, told them it was my birthday and showed them one of my pressies from my mum- olay regenerist serum* and seven signs of ageing summer moisturiser*. They were genuinely interested, discussed how I spot the bargains and wished me well! DD was standing with eyes rolling and says "they all know you so well in here!!!!!"
*Mum said to me "bought you Olay stuff as you would never buy it for yourself!". Maybe true last year, but now after months of Bootsing??????? LOL! Lovey gift all the same(also money and a new handbag).

Just a heads-up to the user whose daughter has a prom coming up, if you could time it right the girls at the No 7 counter will do her make up for her using all their products and they will give you list of what they used and of course you can pick which colours etc.

Glad mentioned her daughter had it done for her prom and her store took a £10 deposit which made me book one for my daughter but my local store only took a £5 deposit or they would have but the girl couldn't find it on the till. They then put the £5/10 towards any purchases you make of the products so in fact as she couldn't take my £5 my daughter could have had her make done and we could have walked away without buying anything.

The assistant we had was excellent and very friendly and chatty with my daughter. I went through the list after and bought a few things, sadly before this £5 voucher off but she did give us both the free gift bag.

We have talked to the no7 sa last week about make up and she told us about this £5 deposit, might do this as we have made friends with her and she is really good:A shows us what is reduced etc:T :T

Just found today no7 tan wipe on reduced stand only one snapped it up

LOL :rotfl:, the sa's in ricoh don't recognize me .. because i'm only able to go boots once a week or once every two weeks . The last time i went the bodyguard was following me around :eek: I was NOT happy :rolleyes:.. If i see any bargains, i'll P.M you and let you know

I go to the precinct one all the time too!, me and the no.7 girl with the lovely accent (spanish maybe?) are on 1st name terms!, if you are ever in there and you see a harrased looking 30 something with a reusable cotton bag from every store in the city, and a grumpy looking 13 yr dd (she hates my bootsing,although at 13 she hates everything!) and a loony 3 yr old dd, thats me!
I bought the no.7 overnight facial tan, used for 2 nights and 2 people today asked if i'd been away, lovely stuff!
