Thank youIt was awful and I don't really want to go through it again ! Unlucky for her i'm a stubborn redhead so there was no way I was going to buy that lot and not get my points !:p
Luckily I don't visit that store too often (not very nice SA in there compared to the other 2 I usually 'frequent') ! I might go and see the lovely SA in my little local next week and have a chat to her about it (we quite often have a natter !) - I'm sure she'll be horified as she's always pleased for me when I go in there armed with my vouchers !
Anyway, glad everyone is getting some great bargains with the email voucher. Wonder if Mr B knew what he was letting himself in for when he sent it to us ! :rotfl:
Just for the record - I can't get the darned TS long hair thingy to work either so i've given up on that  .:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -

The SA said she couldnt put the voucher through as had been told not to accept them by someone instore but then the manager came over and said it would be ok to use, she said boots were doing a trial to see how popular these vouchers are for future offers! Something about going over to email vouchers for the future! This would be amazing as we could all use as many as we like!!!
Anyway shop was all fine and also bought the S&G Fill monty with points and got the GWP also bought 2 packs of Tommee Tippee soothers reduced to 75p (for my nappy cake)
Any MED GWP in your stores? I want that bag...it has green on & you know I LOVE green :A .0 -

Just a heads-up to the user whose daughter has a prom coming up, if you could time it right the girls at the No 7 counter will do her make up for her using all their products and they will give you list of what they used and of course you can pick which colours etc.
Glad mentioned her daughter had it done for her prom and her store took a £10 deposit which made me book one for my daughter but my local store only took a £5 deposit or they would have but the girl couldn't find it on the till. They then put the £5/10 towards any purchases you make of the products so in fact as she couldn't take my £5 my daughter could have had her make done and we could have walked away without buying anything.
The assistant we had was excellent and very friendly and chatty with my daughter. I went through the list after and bought a few things, sadly before this £5 voucher off but she did give us both the free gift bag.
My daughter had her make up done for her prom last year at the Chanel counter in Boots. It was gorgeous!!!! I think any of the make up counters would do it for you. My DD is a big Chanel fan so thats why she asked there. She did buy something(cant remember what it was!) but was going to get it anyway, there was no pressure on her to purchase.
KMoney is only of any use if you can spend it!:cool:0 -

= £9.75
200 points on no7 colour cosmetics cosmetics
= £7.75
250 points on no7 cosmetics
= £5.25
£5 off no7 wys £20

Hi all!
Can someone please tell me how many boots their are in birmingham town centre, i can think of 3 off the top of my head (1 in bullring, 1 in high street, 1 chemist) is there any more?
And are their any bargains in the coventry stores?
TIA xxx
Hi
Central 6 is rubbish for bargains, no clearance stands at all
The Precinct has 3 decent clearance stands though, 1 on the right by the make up counters, 1 at the back by the electricals and 1 downstairs by the baby sectionPlenty of reduced Ted Baker (mens and womens), No7 cellulite stuff and Hackett for men. Er.... what else? Oh yes, a few reduced NC bits and plenty of the NC GWP. Also quite a lot of reduced Sanctury too. No reduced S&G though and no Med GWP either.
HTH
Ps. the SA at the back till on the first floor (by the electricals) is lovely, she'll try ANY combination of vouchers for you and will input them manually if you get the dreaded beep. She's fabYou can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

oh bu**e* lol!!! well i guess 6.25 is good too lol. what could i buy using both vouchers and getting value for money and the gwp??? Could any kind person (i know you all kind) help me with this? xxIt would be around the same price but instead of getting 4 hair thingies get 1 lip screen and 1 hair spritz ( these would be bogoff), 1 nail varnish and 1 No7 lip gloss (currently reduced in store to £4.xx)
Use both £5 offs ( pc and printed)
200 points from mag
Although it would come to roughly that same amount ( give or take 50p) you would get more varied items for your moneyThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0 -
Yep I did and it went through as £2.00 no problems at all! It's really good too - I've been testing it.
I also tried (like some others) to get a *free* Liplicious lip gloss but the compootar said no! :rotfl: Still they are pretty good value at £4.?? aren't they? If my store had any left that is. The one in the GWP tastes lovely.scorpiokitten wrote: »I got the No7 nail and cuticle cream today too, but only paid £1.25 for it after voucher. You are right though, it does seem a nice product
