There was a huge que behind me and I was mortified, honestly. Off she went, no lie she was gone for over 5 minutes. She came back and said nothing and proceeded to put each item through. I waited a few seconds and said "What did they say?" She point blank ignored me!!! The people behind me were furious with Boots for only having 2 tills on and also giving off about me holding them up!!

I was sweating buckets as she had previously put through a GWP on only £10 of No7 products (after bogof's) and I just thought she was going to get that checked out too.

I thought I was going to go into early labour with the stress, I felt so like a thief. Don't think I will be taking advantage of these glitches again girls, that was scary :o

Hi moyilla, that is terrible.

Even worse was not giving you the decency of answering you or apologising. Yes we was doing her job,but we can all be wrong at times, but to treat you that way after knowing you were in the right, is bang out of order.

I know it's been said many times before, but Head office does not seem to keep the staff up to date with their schemes.

I'm doing a survey thing and get a copy of Best magazine each week to answer questions on, just been flipping through it and found on page 35 a voucher for a free lip glaze worth £3.79 when you spend £5 on any 17 cosmetics - valid until 24/06/08. This is in 17th June issue with Fern Britton and Corrie's Jennie (Fizz) on the front.
