Hi hotpot, do you mean the voucher is printing the size of the paper?
as im using vista and is printing normal size for me, maybe its your printer settings,
not had my printer long and iv not tried changing settings, so cant help you there, sorry,
iv managed to print two to a page by turning paper upside down and putting back in the printer,
